As we know that Elon Musk`s Brain implant startup “Neuralink”.
He is trying to connect human brain with a device that can control diseases, treat them and record its data from inside. Like musk`s other ideas this seems just like something that is for fiction but neuralink has done some really unbelievable progress in recent months .
Three Little Pigs
At Fremont, Calif. Neuralink’s headquarters In September 2020, A demonstration or what we say an experiment took place and Musk called it a Three pig demonstration.
Out of three, one of the pig stays in her natural state, and keep roaming around her pen.
Musk also says that these implants removed safely later from the pigs that describes that these are safe to remove and install in a body
The third pig Gertrude was provided with a implant and what they observed was sequence of jazzy music and beeps played through the sound system, The beeps we heard were real time signals from implant from the brain of the pig.
All of our senses, sight hearing feeling pain and other are electrical signals sent by neurons to the brain. If we can correct these signals than we can store our feelings, treat hearing loss, paralysis other pains and addiction etc.
It is said that musk has plan to make a system could help people store and replay their memories, upload their minds and download them back into robotic bodies, or merge their consciousness with AI agents
